Directed by Jenny He, the video features real people who answered an open casting call to appear with someone they love most. The result is a series of genuine, heartfelt portraits that honor the bonds between partners, friends, parents, and children.

“It was such a wonderful experience working with Jenny He again as I am so inspired by her very singular, focused vision,” Sage said about the collaboration. “We knew we wanted to find a concept that reflected the timeless, unconditionally loving sensibility of the song and that ideally included as many types of loving relationships as possible.”

Sage described the filming process as one of her most joyful days of the year, filled with community and warmth. “It felt hopeful, genuine, and spiritually uplifting,” she said, adding that having her band The Sequins join her for their own portrait “was the perfect way to express my gratitude for simply being able to do what I do.”
